2/14/26 - Material + Component Tracking Released

We now have official support for raw material and component tracking! Any variant can be a component of another variant, and all inventory and ratios are automatically kept in sync by Organizely.
In the example below, we see a variant that is consumed by other variants via a 1:1 connection:
In the example below, the product is a finished product that consumes 6 components:

2/07/26 - Improved UI for Automation Flow

Previously, setting up generic inventory automations required complex JSON structures. Now, we've built out an easy to use automation flow builder. Simply create a trigger and a chain of actions!

1/27/26 - Task Board for Task Tracking

You can now use Organizely to track miscellaneous tasks across your team. No need to pay for an expensive 3rd party tool for basic task tracking!
Tasks can have assignees, due dates, comments, and todo-lists, all in one place!

1/15/26 - Multi-Location Shopify Support

You can now use Organizely to track inventory across your multi-location Shopify store! This change is automatic, and you'll notice when editing variants, the quantities are split through locations:

11/16/25 - Custom Alerts for Products & Weekly Summaries

Get e-mailed when products drop below a set amount! Also, receive a weekly e-mail summarizing what products to re-order + a sales summary of the past week.
Set them up by navigating to the  Forecasting Page 

11/07/25 - ShopAI Chat Bot Released

Ask your AI assistant essential business questions, stockout questions, and to create Purchase Orders for you!  Try it out here
