The fastest way to migrate: connect your Stocky API key, click , and Organizely pulls your records automatically. There are no files to export. This is the recommended method.
The API import pulls your , , and straight from Stocky. It bring over or , because those are not available through the Stocky API. On screen they show as "Not in Stocky API", which is expected. For stocktakes, use the CSV wizard instead (see the "Import from CSV" guide in this section). For exactly how each record type comes across, see the "What comes over from Stocky" guide.
On the Stocky import page ( ), open the tab. You will see a card titled .
enter your .myshopify.com domain (found on your Shopify Settings page).
in Stocky, go to (sometimes labeled API Access), copy your key, and paste it in. The box hides it as dots.
Click . You will see a confirmation: "Stocky account connected. You can start the import now."
Click . Organizely fetches and imports your records, showing live progress for each record type (Waiting, Importing, Done, Failed, or "Not in Stocky API"). This takes a few seconds for small stores, or a few minutes for larger ones. You can leave the page and come back.
When it finishes you see with a summary. A button lets you re-run later, for example after more of your products have synced. Re-running never creates duplicates.
Sync your Shopify products first, so purchase-order lines and adjustments link to the right items.
- Your API key is and used only to run your import.
- It is after you enter it, and never shared. That is why the field comes back empty when you choose to update it.
- To change your key later, click . There is no self-serve button to delete a stored key; if you ever need yours removed, contact support.
