Organizely keeps a running record of everything that syncs between your store and connected platforms like Shopify, so when a product, inventory level, or order does not line up you can see exactly what happened. This page covers the Health tab (which surfaces recurring sync problems in plain language) and the inventory sync and webhook logs you use to trace individual events.
Note: Integrations are managed by admins and managers (and anyone granted the Integrations permission). If your role is restricted, you may not see this area.
Where to find it
Each connected integration has its own detail page with tabs: Details, Products, Settings, Inventory Sync Logs, Webhook Logs, and Health.
Go to Integrations → Manage.
Open the connected integration you want to inspect (for example, Shopify).
Use the tabs to switch between Health, Inventory Sync Logs, and Webhook Logs.
On the Integrations → Manage page, a connected integration also shows a status badge (Healthy or Needs attention) so you can see at a glance whether it is fully set up.
The Health tab
The Health tab lists known recurring sync issues for that integration. Instead of showing the same error hundreds of times, Organizely groups repeated problems into one entry each, so the tab stays readable and actionable.
Each entry shows:
An occurrence count (how many times the problem has happened).
When it was last seen (and, once fixed, when it resolved).
A plain-language explanation of how to fix it, and often a "Fix in variant" shortcut that opens the affected product variant.
Issues are grouped by state: "Needs attention" (open and acknowledged issues), "Ignored", and "Resolved". When everything is syncing normally, the tab shows "No known issues".
Example: a duplicate SKU
A common entry is a duplicate SKU, where two variants in your Shopify store share the same SKU. Because Organizely requires each SKU to be unique, the affected variant is connected without a SKU for now, but its inventory and orders keep syncing normally, so the conflict does not stop the rest of your sync from working. The entry shows which SKU is affected so you can find and correct it.
Acknowledge an issue
If an issue is expected or already being handled, select Acknowledge to mark it as known. The button becomes an "Acknowledged" label so your team can see it has been reviewed. Acknowledging does not fix or hide the issue: it stays in the list (still under "Needs attention") until the underlying problem is resolved.
Issues resolve automatically
You do not have to manually close a Health issue once it is fixed. When the underlying cause goes away, the issue moves to "Resolved" on its own. For a duplicate SKU, for example, the entry clears the next time that product updates in Shopify, after you give one of the two variants a different SKU (in Shopify or in Organizely).
Scan your whole store
The Health tab also has a "Scan entire store" action. Select Scan store to check every synced variant at this store against Shopify and surface any inventory that has drifted out of sync. It runs in the background, and results appear in the list below as each location is checked.
Inventory Sync Logs
The Inventory Sync Logs tab records the inventory synchronization activity between Organizely and the connected platform, and lets you debug sync issues. Use it when an inventory level in Organizely and your store do not match and you want to trace what synced and when.
Webhook Logs
Connected platforms notify Organizely of changes (a new order, an updated product, an inventory change) by sending webhooks. The Webhook Logs tab shows that incoming activity so you can debug integration events: confirm that an event arrived and review how it was handled. If an order or product update did not show up in Organizely, the webhook logs are a good first place to look.
Tips for debugging a sync problem
Start on the Health tab to see whether the problem is already a known, grouped issue with a suggested fix.
If it is (for example, a duplicate SKU), follow the fix; the issue clears on its own once the change syncs.
If it is a one-off, open Inventory Sync Logs (for stock levels) or Webhook Logs (for orders and product updates) to trace the specific event.
Acknowledge any issues that are expected so your team knows they have been reviewed.
