Integrations connect Organizely to the outside platforms your business already runs on, so products, inventory, and orders stay in sync automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand. You manage every connection from Integrations → Manage.
Note: Configuring integrations is a manager and admin capability. Admins can further tune this access per role from Team → Roles and Permissions (the "integrations" permission), or override it per user from the Edit User dialog.
Supported platforms
Shopify (e-commerce): sync products, inventory levels, and orders with your storefront.
QuickBooks (accounting).
Additional third-party platforms as they become available.
What syncing keeps in step
Once a platform is connected, Organizely handles the data flow for you:
Product sync between Organizely and the connected platform.
Inventory level synchronization, so stock changes on one side reflect on the other.
Order import from e-commerce platforms.
Automated webhook processing (updates arrive as they happen, no manual refresh needed).
Product mapping and SKU matching, so each item lines up with its counterpart on the other platform.
What you can do
Connect Shopify (and other supported platforms), then let product, inventory, and order data sync between Organizely and the platform.
Manage product mappings between Organizely and the connected platform, and match items by SKU.
Trigger a manual sync when you want to push or pull data on demand.
Monitor each connection's Health tab to catch and clear recurring sync issues.
Review inventory sync logs and webhook activity logs to see exactly what synced and to debug anything that did not.
Adjust integration-specific settings and authentication for each connection.
Connect and sync a platform
Go to Integrations → Manage to see your active integrations and the platforms available to connect.
Open an integration to reach its detail page, where you configure settings, review sync activity, and manage product mappings.
Use the integration's Products tab to manage how items map between Organizely and the platform.
Use the Settings tab to configure integration-specific options and authentication.
Migrating from Shopify Stocky
If you are moving purchase orders, suppliers, cost history, and adjustments over from Shopify Stocky, that lives under Integrations → Stocky import and has its own dedicated guide. It is admin-only.
