Settings is where you manage your personal account and your organization's configuration, from your profile and password to billing, notifications, API keys, and stock-adjustment reasons. Open it from Settings in the sidebar.
- (Settings → Profile): update your name, email, and job title, and change your password.
- (Settings → Billing, admin-only): manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and billing information.
- (Settings → Notifications): control delivery-notification emails for purchase-order shipments, both your personal preferences and the organization-wide defaults.
- (Settings → API Keys, admin-only): create and revoke keys for the public read-only Business Intelligence API.
- (Settings → Adjustment Reasons): define your own stock-adjustment reason labels. Requires the Warehouse permission.
- (Settings → Advanced, admin-only): organization-level data management and system preferences.
Migrating from Shopify Stocky is handled under Integrations → Stocky import, not in Settings (the old Settings → Imports link now redirects there). It is admin-only and has its own dedicated guide.
